** Aerospace Quality Auditor - Site Lead
** to support our new MRO facility in Tewkesbury.
Please note that this role will initially be based in Staverton before it transfers to Tewkesbury.

** The Role**## As
** Aerospace Quality Auditor – Site Lead**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations remain fully compliant with our Integrated Management System (IMS) approvals — including
** Part 145, ISO 9001/AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001**, and other applicable standards.
You’ll lead the site’s internal and external audit activities, providing guidance to auditors and operational teams to ensure adherence to regulations, internal policies, and industry best practice. Acting under the direction of the Head of IMS Compliance, you’ll take ownership of the site audit programme — planning, conducting and reporting on audits, and driving continuous improvement actions that enhance our operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, supporting and facilitating
** cross-functional audits
** across the site in line with the approved schedule.
* Ensuring audit results are accurately reported, trends are analysed, and effective corrective actions are implemented.
* Managing the
** non-conformance process**, driving root cause analysis and CAPA activities to resolution.
* Acting as the
** IMS focal point
** for your site — ensuring compliance is maintained, changes are reviewed, and improvements are harmonised across the business.
* Supporting
** external regulatory and standards audits
** as the on-site lead representative.
* Providing quarterly reports and recommendations to the Head of IMS Compliance to support data-driven decision-making.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll collaborate across teams and functions, ensuring Ontic’s IMS continues to meet the highest standards of compliance, performance and integrity.## ##
** About You

You’ll also bring:

** technical qualification** (Level 4/5 or equivalent).
* ** Lead Auditor certification
** to
** ISO 9001 or AS9100**.
* Strong working knowledge of
** Part 145
** and other management system standards (ISO 14001, 27001, 45001, 22301).
* Proven
** CAPA and problem-solving
** capability.
* Excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with systems such as
** Q-Pulse
** or
** Net-Inspect**.
* Flexibility to travel regularly within the UK (up to 80%).You’re proactive, adaptable, and passionate about maintaining high standards of compliance and quality. Above all, you understand the value of continuous improvement and teamwork in achieving operational excellence.
