Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis
Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in a dialysis setting by assessing patients before, during, and after treatments, monitoring vital signs and patient response, and administering medications and therapies as prescribed.
Key Duties- Prepare, set up, and operate dialysis equipment
- Maintain and assess vascular access
- Follow infection-control, safety, and quality protocols
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and families and support individualized care plans
- Current RN license
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and clinical judgment
- Proficiency with dialysis equipment and patient care procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care team
- Commitment to infection prevention, safety, and accurate documentation
