Rosaires Care in Texas City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered dialysis care. You will assess patients before, during, and after treatments, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed therapies in a safe, supportive environment.
Join a collaborative care team and contribute to infection prevention, accurate documentation, and individualized care plans. You will educate patients and families and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
