Manpower Group client in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering team on a contract-to-direct hire basis. You will own process sustaining and continuous improvement on the production line, applying Lean principles to optimise layouts, material flow and ergonomics while driving waste reduction and KPIs.
You will lead root cause analysis, establish SPC, and develop rework procedures for offline failures, partnering with operations and quality.
