We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a repairs & legal disrepair delivery model, managing contracts, direct labour, and supply chain models, and driving efficiencies on social housing refurbishment projects.
About the roleOur responsive team is growing and needs a strong leader who can manage contracts, negotiate packages of work with subcontractors and partners, and work closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver best value and service to clients.
Qualifications- SMSTS
- 5+ Years’ experience in a maintenance/main contracting role
- Leadership experience
- Strong data interrogation skills
- Valid driving licence
- Competent use of Microsoft Project and Excel trackers
- Excellent client engagement and people skills
- Health & Safety awareness
We are looking for a candidate who has already been a Contract Manager in repairs & legal disrepair projects.
