Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a repairs & legal disrepair delivery model, managing contracts, direct labour, and supply chain models, and driving efficiencies on social housing refurbishment projects.

Our responsive team is growing and needs a strong leader who can manage contracts, negotiate packages of work with subcontractors and partners, and work closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver best value and service to clients.

• SMSTS
• 5+ Years’ experience in a maintenance/main contracting role
• Leadership experience
• Strong data interrogation skills
• Valid driving licence
• Competent use of Microsoft Project and Excel trackers
• Excellent client engagement and people skills
• Health & Safety awareness

We are looking for a candidate who has already been a Contract Manager in repairs & legal disrepair projects.

Salary: £70,000‑£75,000 (per annum).
