Overview
Technical Support Engineering Advisor - Contract. Our successful client is looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineering Advisor to join their friendly, proactive team.
Responsibilities- Handle technical customer calls confidently and clearly.
- Read engineering drawings and identify required parts.
- Work with Bills of Materials, spares, and place orders.
- Support the manufacturing-to-supply process.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Some experience in a technical/engineering support role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn
- A positive, can-do attitude
