Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Commercial Building Maidenhead, Berkshire - Single Man site £45,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a M&E Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a prestigious Residential building based in Maidenhead. This building was built in 2013 and is next to Maidenhead station that includes the Elizabeth line, great for people commuting from London. The site offers gyms, great coffee shops to make your morning better and shops to grab a quick drink.

The successful candidate can be electrically or mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial / residential building maintenance.

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, domestic water services, drainage, lighting, power, fire alarms, and life‑safety systems.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with design drawings, specifications, Building Regulations, British Standards, and other relevant codes.
