Commercial Manager

Due to several significant and successful tenders within the civil engineering sector, a tier 1 civil engineering contractor has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join their leadership team.

This is a strategic role, and it is expected that the appointed Commercial Manager will form part of the organisation's succession plan to take over as Divisional Commercial Director in five years.

The role of Commercial Manager will be to manage a Quantity Surveying team collectively responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects valued at £60M per annum.

Working as part of a strategic partnership, schemes will include sub-station builds and major cable routing projects across the region.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading a commercial team on a series of projects throughout London, developing and managing the project's commercial strategy.
