As a Tactical Security Guard in a Hospital setting , physical ability and ability to De- escalate situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment

• Hourly wage of $18.81 per hour

Sunday (7

P5 Rotation:
Monday to Saturday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm), Sunday to Friday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm)

P6 Rotation:
Monday to Saturday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm), Sunday to Friday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm)

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Responding to code
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Tactical experience (Asset)
• Customer service oriented
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
