Night Shift 8–8 on a 3‑on‑3‑off rotation (38.5 hours per week).
Late Shift 23:00–10:00 on a 3‑on‑3‑off rota, part‑time (24.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. Your duties include:

  • Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
  • Assisting with daily activities within the home.
  • Delivering compassionate care that honours each resident’s individuality.
  • Supporting residents with limited mobility, offering comfort to distressed residents, and providing compassionate end‑of‑life care.
  • Recognising signs almacenar abuse, harm or neglect and knowing how to act.
  • Attending safeguarding training relevant to your role and undertaking additional training where required.
  • Seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
