UI​/UX Designer

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real user problems through intuitive design. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft user-centric experiences across our product suite. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced product team.

Responsibilities

● Work with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and turn them into elegant design solutions.

● Participate in the end-to-end design process: from research and wire framing to high-fidelity UI and design QA.

● Translate product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces.

● Create and maintain design system components and documentation.

● Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing.

● Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

● Iterate based on data, feedback, and user insights.

● Promote good design practices.

Requirements

● 2-3 years of experience in product/UX/UI design (internships count!).

● Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, UI skills, and end-to-end product design process.

● Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

● Understanding of design systems and component-based thinking

● Strong communication and collaboration skills

● Comfort with ambiguity and working on iterative product development

● Awareness of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles Bonus Skills

● Experience working in Agile product teams

● Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS

● Previous experience in SaaS , telephony, healthcare, or enterprise platforms

● Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Posthog, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to drive design decisions
