Junior Electrical Engineer – Commercial Building Maintenance

Permanent Are you a newly qualified or junior Electrical Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management service provider, supporting the maintenance of a high-profile commercial building. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed their apprenticeship or gained their NVQ Level 3 and is eager to progress within a technical FM environment.

What you'll be doing:
Carrying out PPMs (planned preventative maintenance) across electrical systems within a commercial building Responding to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding Supporting senior engineers with electrical repairs and minor works Completing compliance checks, testing routines, and basic fabric tasks when required Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company and site procedures Providing a positive and professional service to building occupants and clients

What we're looking for:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition qualification Ideally some experience gained through an apprenticeship or junior role Strong willingness to learn and develop within the FM sector Good communication and problem-solving skills A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering a high standard of work What's on offer:
