Assistant Manager – Screwfix

Responsibilities- Maintain store standards, ensuring smooth operation from front of house to warehouse.
- Lead and inspire the team, motivating them to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage budgets, rota, payroll, P&L analysis, stock, and profit improvement.
- Experience in management and a desire to advance your career.
- Customer‑focused mindset and a drive to meet targets.
- Inquisitive, always questioning and improving.
