Your main responsibilities

Preparation of field notes, data analysis and evaluation;

Participate in technical report and proposal writing;

Participate in project meetings, office meetings, health and safety inspections;

Maintaining a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high quality of work;

Consistently maintaining professionalism and objectivity while working with colleagues and clients who require varying degrees of support;

Handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy to maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts;

Develop and maintain client relationships. Conducting project administration tasks as required, including time-sheet generation, organizing and filing, equipment calibration and maintenance and project invoicing;

Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills;

Proficient with use of MS Office;

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and able to complete work within established timeframes;

Team-oriented and an excellent communicator;

Valid driver's license;

Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
