Warehouse Supervisor​/Logistics Manager

Streamline are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations within one of our warehouses, supporting a prestigious on-site customer.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a logistics professional with strong operational knowledge, confident use of WMS (INFOLOG) and Excel, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring service levels and shipping deadlines are met

• Plan shifts and allocate resources across goods in, order fulfilment, and returns

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and operational teams

• Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and legal standards

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain a strong working relationship with on site customer

About You

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management

• Strong understanding of warehousing operations and inventory control

• Experience using WMS (INFOLOG preferred) and Excel

• Confident people leader with strong problem-solving skills

• Analytical, organised, and able to prioritise workloads effectively
