Job Type: Full Time (40 Hours per week plus possibilities of overtime)
Salary: To be determined based on experience
Education: High School Diploma / Class A Automotive Technician License (Red seal 310S)
Location: Kapuskasing
Start Date: As soon as possible
Reports to: Fixed Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Complete mechanical repairs on customer vehicles such as but not limited to (Brakes, front ends, accessories, wiring issues, oil leaks, Engines, Transmissions etc.)Complete mechanical inspections following all MTO specificationsComplete recalls on all Stellantis brand vehiclesComplete pre delivery inspections on new vehiclesComplete all required Stellantis (Chrysler) training coursesMaintain shop’s mechanical equipment (Hoist, tire machines etc.)Fill out work orders with repair proceduresComplete parts requests with required partsTest drive vehiclesAll other related tasks requested by upper managementSkills and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in an automotive technician role or other related experiencePunctuality and reliability is a priorityMust have good communication skills and be willing to work as a teamGood computer skillsCapability to work in a fast paced environment all while being extremely organizedMust have a flexible working scheduleMust strive to achieve excellenceCapable of working under pressure and prioritizing are required skillsMust have Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordBilingual is an assetBenefits
