: CA $55,458 - CA $74,931 per year

As a member of the Family Preservation team, you will provide intensive intervention to high‑risk children and their families exhibiting severe behavioural and emotional difficulties. The focus of the intervention is to provide intensive child behavioural management skills and/or parental training to the identified families.

• Provide intensive child behavioural management and parental training interventions.
• Assess and treat psychosocial and behavioural problems in children and their families.
• Work flexible hours as required.

• Baccalaureate in Social Work, Psychology or a Diploma in Human Services related to behaviour management, child development with a minimum of three years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated clinical skills for assessment and treatment of psychosocial and behavioural problems in children and families.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
• Valid G Class driver’s licence and ability to use own vehicle.
