We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Broker Link and work out of one of our offices in Kapuskasing, Hearst, Timmins, or Iroquois Falls on a Permanent FT Basis.

Provide assistance to the Commercial Account ExecutiveProvide customers with prompt service by providing advice, help customers understand insurance, discuss customer concernsReceive and process all incoming Commercial paperworkAssist with quotes to customers, write new business, review existing coverage and update customer file informationPrepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for new clients, issue insurance certificatesProcess of endorsements, invoices, and follow up on paymentsCommunicate with Insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters on customers behalf, negotiate renewal of terms, follow up with Adjusters on claims statusSource and obtain additional information requested by the underwriter and complete applicationsThe Successful candidate will have:

High School and/or Post-Secondary Education3 years commercial insurance experience including property/casualty and automobile preferredRIBO license or willing to obtain sameStrong customer focus;Previous sales experience is an asset;Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully;Strong analytical and organizational skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
