Formulation Scientist; Skin Care

Position: Formulation Scientist (Skin Care)
About the Role
We are looking for a Cosmetic Formulator with hands-on experience in skincare formulation to join our team. This role involves working closely on product development and supporting formulation activities in a growing D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and improve skincare formulations such as serums, creams, moisturizers, cleansers, and sunscreens
Conduct formulation trials, ingredient evaluation, and stability testing
Ensure formulations align with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Support scale-up activities in collaboration with R&D and production teams
Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and test results
Stay updated on ingredients, formulation techniques, and industry developments

Qualifications

Education:

B.Sc / M.Sc in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline

Experience:

1–4 years of experience in cosmetic or skincare formulation
Knowledge of emulsions, actives, and texture development
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
