How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Fornire assistenza socio-sanitaria di elevata qualità al domicilio del paziente, supportando la sua autonomia, il suo benessere fisico, psicologico e sociale, e contribuendo al mantenimento di un ambiente di vita dignitoso e sicuro, in stretta collaborazione con l'équipe multidisciplinare di Medicasa e nel rispetto dei piani di assistenza individualizzati.

Ricerchiamo OSS per le seguenti aree:

Territorio GALLICANO NEL LAZIO

Territorio ROMA 5

Fornirai assistenza diretta e supporto nelle attività quotidiane a persone fragili al loro domicilio (igiene personale, vestizione, mobilizzazione, alimentazione).

Collaborerai con l'équipe multidisciplinare (infermieri, fisioterapisti, medici) per garantire un'assistenza completa e personalizzata.

Rileverai i bisogni del paziente e segnalerai eventuali cambiamenti al personale sanitario.

Offrirai supporto emotivo e relazionale al paziente e ai suoi familiari.

Contribuirai al mantenimento di un ambiente domestico sicuro e confortevole.

Utilizzerai correttamente ausili e presidi sanitari.

Documenterai le attività svolte secondo le procedure aziendali.

Are you a MATCH?

Attestato di Qualifica Professionale di Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS) riconosciuto.

Esperienza pregressa, anche minima, nell'assistenza domiciliare o in strutture socio-sanitarie (preferibile).

Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
