Finish Carpenter

Job Description

We are hiring a Skilled Carpenter with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team. Our work spans residential remodeling, custom finish carpentry, and commercial cabinet and millwork installations.

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and professional — someone who takes pride in their craft and is ready to contribute to high-quality projects throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinet installation, and millwork
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and detailed plans (preferred but not required)
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Travel daily to project locations across CT and Western MA
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and clients when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for finished work
• Must have your own basic hand tools and tool belt
• Reliable daily transportation to job sites
• Must be punctual, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
