This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tonbridge for a Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor will manage daily operations related to the sale, ordering, and distribution of parts. Primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory control, sourcing parts efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, and collaborating with the service and dealer teams to meet client needs.

• Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with inventory control and stock management
• Knowledge of dealer management systems and processes
• Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering quality service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
