About the Role

An established and growing award-winning wholesale bakery based in the Kent countryside is looking for a Production Cake Baker to join its passionate baking team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced baker who enjoys working with high-quality ingredients, producing consistent, handmade cakes at volume, and being part of a creative, supportive environment.

Produce high-quality cakes consistently to daily production targets

Work efficiently in a busy production environment

Follow recipes and processes to maintain quality and consistency

Support the wider baking team with a positive, hands-on attitude

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and food safety

Previous experience in cake baking or pastry baking at volume

Passion for baking and attention to detail

Ability to work well within a team

Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, organised, and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
