Crew Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Overview

As a Crew Member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till, or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers' needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and prefectness in the restaurant, provide friendly, fast and accurate service, and complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.

• Prepare food and beverages to the company's standards.
• Operate the till and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist customers in the dining area, ensuring a friendly and courteous experience.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Work as a supportive team member, treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.

• Strong customer‑service orientation and genuine smile.
• Effective communication skills – attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact.
• High energy and the ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Commitment to teamwork and the ability to adapt to changing demandsσης.
• Legal right to work in the UK & Ireland – you will be asked to provide original documents such as a valid passport or UK/Ireland visa.
