Overview

Be among the first applicants for an Insurance Account Handler role based in Tonbridge. This opportunity is with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. The role offers Monday to Friday work (no weekends), a basic salary relative to experience, and a generous bonus structure. • Support a designated client portfolio as their first point of contact, build strong relationships, and assist with queries as they arise.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.
• Represent the company’s values in all client interactions, both on the phone and in person.

• Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential.
• Ability to bring your best self to work every day and provide the best possible client experience.
• Proactive, uses initiative, and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to learn and be curious; opportunities to gain qualifications are available.
• Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face; customer service experience is important.
• Team player with a positive outlook, collaborative, resilient to change.
• Honesty and integrity in a financially regulated environment.
