It’s not just about driving and deliveries. It involves checking post-boxes, visiting post offices, meeting business customers at prearranged times to collect mail, dropping it off at processing centres, sorting mailbags and ensuring each piece reaches the right place on time.
A bit about you- Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated
- Think of yourself as a people‑person
- Happy walking for long periods and going outside in any weather
- Strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
- Looking for a role with flexible shift patterns
- Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
- Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours a week) and the option to buy extra leave each year

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35‑40 hours per week are listed as full‑time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part‑time in the employment contract.
