Salary: £28,000 - £32,000. Benefits:
Full Technical Training, 34 Days Holiday.

Office based, commutable from Cardiff, Bridgend, Pontypridd, Talbot Green and surrounding areas.

• Working on existing products alongside future R&D projects
• Overseeing the design and development process from cradle to grave
• Driving the production system and process improvements alongside product design
• Working as part of a small close‑knit team with further technical training
