• Collaborate in a small CPA firm environment with a focus on accuracy, client service, and a respectful, low-ego culture.

• Experience in accounting and tax; CPA is helpful but not essential if experience is strong.
• Ability to explain thinking and provide clear, supportive rationale for the work performed.
