About the Company    Our client is a mid-sized accounting firm. They are looking for a Senior Manager who will be responsible for reviewing assurance and accounting engagements, managing client relationships, mentoring staff, attending client meetings, and helping oversee a growing portfolio of mid-market private company clients. This person must have the technical expertise, leadership skills, and client presence to assume approximately 40-50% of Hamad's current responsibilities and become a key contributor to the firm's future growth.

About the Opportunity
Lead assurance and advisory engagements for a portfolio of privately held companies, professionals, non-profit organizations, and small public companies
Perform second partner-level reviews of assurance and compilation engagements
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
Provide accounting, tax, operational, and business advisory guidance to clients
Mentor managers, senior accountants, and junior staff
Assist in practice management, scheduling, and workflow oversight
Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives within the practice
Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality-control requirements
Support partners with complex engagements and gradually assume significant client responsibility

About You
CPA designation required
10+ years of experience in Canadian public accounting
Ideally 2-3+ years operating at the Senior Manager level

Salary Range
$140,000 - $175,000/year
