The Parts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is managing the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order. The Parts Coordinator verifies the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner as per the production schedule.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts in a timely manner.
• Enter all parts invoices into the Information System.
• Label, track, and organize all parts accordingly.
• Communicate all Parts Price Changes to required team members.
• Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received.
• Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring high quality work contributing to operational excellence and positive NPS.

• High School Diploma
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)

• Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems
• Effective communication, both verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Google platform
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills

• Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools
• Lift in excess of 50 lbs. of materials
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with skills, education, and experience.
