The Detailer pre‑washes vehicles before moving them into production, cleans and details all assigned vehicles before final delivery, and handles general facility cleaning tasks, working with the team to meet repair facility KPIs.

• Cleans vehicle exterior by hand, brush, or washing equipment
• Polishes, dries, and cleans vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats, and exterior body
• Protects and preserves automobile exterior by buffing, polishing, and applying waxes
• Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)
• Keep shop clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot at all times
• Power wash the shop floor to reduce appearance of dirt as required
• Maintain and organize the vehicles in the parking lot daily (incl. keys, floor mats and RO signs)
• Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met, contributing to shop efficiency and a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating multitasking under pressure

• Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license required

$17.60 - $22.00 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
