Etobicoke Student Painting is seeking a full-time Production Manager for its painting contracting business. This summer role gives a student or recent graduate responsibility for production staff, client communication, materials, and scheduling. Minor part-time requirements before summer include opportunities to participate in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage crews and monitor overall project completion
- Maintain contracting project quality from start through finish
- Schedule production and communicate with clients
- Train and onboard employees for production work
- Order materials, market jobsites, and transport supplies
- Student or recent graduate available throughout summer
- Capacity for 40-plus-hour summer workweeks
- Full-time vehicle access during the summer season
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma
- Prior management experience is considered an asset
