Shape Aritzia’s climate ambition through sustainability governance, emissions accounting, and cross-functional execution across the business and supply chain.
As Senior Manager, Sustainability Strategy, Decarbonization, you will support the Sustainability Department’s mission to advance responsible product and operations. You will lead climate governance and greenhouse gas reduction efforts aligned with Aritzia’s climate targets. Your work will connect environmental initiatives with business objectives and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Aritzia’s climate ambition and decarbonization approach
- Account for greenhouse gas emissions across business activities
- Partner with stakeholders on emissions reduction initiatives
- Embed environmental programs within business processes
- Support corporate objectives and progressive career development
- Proven organizational change leadership in sustainability
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable energy
- Familiarity with water stewardship, circularity, and sustainable materials
- Knowledge of emerging climate disclosure requirements
- Commitment to Aritzia’s Values and leadership principles
Use sustainability strategy, climate governance, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable progress toward Aritzia’s climate targets.
