Lead Priceline Search across hotels, flights, cars, and packages while shaping ranking models, AI strategy, and search quality. This hybrid role requires two in-office days.
As Group Product Manager, you will lead PMs and partner with engineering leaders across three platform teams in Canada and India. You will set roadmaps, OKRs, measurement frameworks, and experimentation strategies for search intent, results, and geography. Your work will connect traveler behavior with bookings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop product managers across Search
- Own Search strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and prioritization
- Optimize typeahead, query understanding, and destination resolution
- Define ranking objectives, evaluations, and online experiments
- Govern platform API contracts across travel products
- Seven-plus years of product management experience
- Two-plus years managing product managers
- Three-plus years owning scaled search products
- Experience shipping model-driven ranking systems
- Knowledge of Solr, vector search, BM25, and NDCG@k
