About the Role

An established developer-builder is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to join their team on a high-rise residential project in Midtown Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has gained exposure to concrete structure projects and wants to advance toward a full Site Superintendent role within a reputable, long-standing builder.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Superintendent with all daily site operations and coordination of trades.

• Oversee specific construction activities including formwork, framing, finishes, and site logistics.

• Ensure work is completed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Maintain up-to-date site documentation including reports, photos, and schedules.

• Participate in progress meetings, inspections, and coordination with consultants.

• Assist in managing deliveries, materials, and sequencing of trades.

• Promote a safe, efficient, and organized work environment on site.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction site experience, ideally on concrete high-rise residential projects.

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building envelope systems, and finishes.

• Proficient with Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple phases of construction.
