The Role

Reporting to the Group Vice President of Construction, the Director of Construction for the High-rise division will be responsible for the successful execution, close-out, and handover of all projects on behalf of the owner.

If you are collaborative and excel at bringing teams and partnerships together, leading construction activities including extensive contract management oversight (specifically CCDC2) and risk management from the owner's perspective, and reviewing all construction third-party contractors' deliverables, then this is the role for you.

A significant part of this role involves developing credible relationships with key team members within partner organizations, such as construction management companies, and providing oversight of their activities from the outset of each project.

Collaboration with the development, leasing, and asset management teams within the company is critical to the success of all projects. Improving and maintaining communication across these teams will be an important function of the Director of Construction.
