Known for delivering large, complex projects across the country, this builder is expanding its footprint in Ontario and is looking for a Site Superintendent like you to help lead the way.

The Right Fit Will Have:

Demonstrable experience supporting the execution of complex projects with a General Contractor

A background in ICI construction (schools, healthcare, government, manufacturing etc.)

A passion for getting things done and creating a high-performance environment on-site

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A growth mindset, seeking mentorship and long-term development

About You

You’re not just looking for a job, you’re looking to build something bigger. You have experience working with a General Contractor on $50M+ projects in the ICI space, and you thrive when you’re on-site, solving problems and driving the project forward.

You’re a self-starter who owns the day-to-day site responsibilities and understands what it takes to drive results. Most importantly, you’re ready to be mentored by some of the best in the industry and are hungry for the next level in your career.
