The Role:
As a Cost Estimator
, you will be responsible for preparing and managing accurate cost estimates for luxury high-rise developments, working closely with project teams to ensure the projects are completed within budget. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the construction process, materials, and costs, specifically for high-rise residential buildings, and the ability to forecast and mitigate potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for all phases of luxury high-rise construction projects.Review project documents, including drawings and specifications, to develop comprehensive budgets.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates and ensure cost efficiency.Analyze and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive bids.Identify risks, potential overruns, and cost-saving opportunities, reporting to management regularly.Assist in bid preparation, tendering, and contract development.Track project costs during construction to ensure alignment with initial estimates and budgets.Maintain updated cost databases and industry contacts for luxury residential projects.Why This Opportunity?
