• Assist with determining total material, equipment and labour costs
• Analyse specifications, prepare estimates and schedule project work

• Experience as a senior contracts professional (e.g., Contracts Manager, Contracts Director, or equivalent) in low-rise residential development
• Experience calculating major construction cost estimates and participating in planning, development, negotiation and contract execution
