Customer Experience Associate

Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Hours: 15 hours/week (part‑time)

Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking

Pay Details: $22.50 - $28.33 CAD per hour; base pay varies based on skills, experience and location.

Job Description

Front‑line associate at TD Canada Trust who delivers excellent customer service, processes financial transactions, and promotes banking solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other transactions following operating procedures and regulations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored banking solutions while handling confidential matters with discretion.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard protocols, escalating when necessary.
  • Achieve business goals by promoting products and completing processes accurately and on time.
  • Build a positive, inclusive work environment by supporting teammates and participating in performance development.
  • Suggest operational improvements to enhance customer experience and drive excellence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally; calm, courteous and effective.
  • Initiative, accuracy and detail‑orientation to manage multiple priorities.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
