Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness is a group of modern healthcare clinics across Toronto. We’re currently hiring Part‑Time Client Experience Assistants at the following locations:
Corktown (King & River) and Etobicoke (Two locations: Royal York & The Queensway/Lake Shore Blvd West & Park Lawn Rd).
This role is ideal for friendly, service‑oriented individuals—especially students—who want hands‑on experience in a positive, fast‑paced healthcare environment.
As a Client Experience Assistant, you’ll be the face of the clinic. You’ll engage with clients daily, help manage front‑desk operations, and ensure every visit feels welcoming and well‑organized. Prior experience in customer‑facing roles such as fitness, retail, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
Availability requirementsMorning/afternoon/evening/weekend
Compensation$18 - $20/hour
Qualifications- Previous customer service experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality settings preferred
- Positive, professional, and personable communication style
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic environment
- Deliver high‑quality, welcoming interactions with all clients
- Handle client inquiries, appointment bookings, and payments
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Understand and confidently communicate clinic services and products
- Assist with planning and executing in‑clinic marketing and promotional events
- Support onsite promotions and community engagement initiatives
