Une entreprise engagée dans le service à la clientèle à Toronto recherche un facilitateur bilingue pour offrir un soutien exceptionnel aux passagers lors du contrôle préembarquement. Vous serez responsable de fournir des informations, d'assister les passagers à mobilité réduite et de collaborer avec les agents de contrôle. La position requiert 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle et la capacité de communiquer en français et en anglais.
