The Role
Foundation Health is seeking a licensed Dermatologist to join our growing medical practice in Etobicoke. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dermatologic care to a diverse patient population of Dermatology services, depending on the physician's scope of practice and interests.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including inflammatory skin disorders, infections, pigmentary disorders, and skin cancers

Perform in-office dermatologic procedures (e.g., biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, minor surgeries)

Provide follow-up care and ongoing management for chronic skin conditions

Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists through consults and referrals

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation in accordance with CPSO and clinic policies

Participate in quality improvement, education, and patient safety initiatives as required

Qualifications

MD degree from an accredited medical school

Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) certification in Dermatology

License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

CMPA membership

Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
