About the OpportunityYou’ll be joining a well-established Toronto‑based contractor that is scaling into its next phase of growth. Responsibilities- Develop and manage detailed schedules across all phases of major ICI projects (preconstruction through turnover)
- Partner closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams to embed scheduling discipline into daily operations
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement proactive strategies to keep projects aligned with milestones
- Elevate planning practices through advanced tools, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion accountability by ensuring schedules remain central to decision‑making and project execution
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 4‑7 years of Scheduling experience on Major ICI projects in Toronto or Canada
- A hunger and passion for driving projects from site towards successful completion
- Proven experience working with a General Contractor on large‑scale ICI projects, ideally hospitals or long‑term care facilities
- A self‑starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex scheduling challenges
- Passion for complex, high‑profile builds and curiosity for new approaches in construction management
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and project partners
- A growth‑oriented outlook, committed to developing your team and contributing to collective success
