• Develop and manage detailed schedules across all phases of major ICI projects (preconstruction through turnover)
• Partner closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams to embed scheduling discipline into daily operations
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement proactive strategies to keep projects aligned with milestones
• Elevate planning practices through advanced tools, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion accountability by ensuring schedules remain central to decision‑making and project execution

The successful candidate will have the following:

• 4‑7 years of Scheduling experience on Major ICI projects in Toronto or Canada
• A hunger and passion for driving projects from site towards successful completion
• Proven experience working with a General Contractor on large‑scale ICI projects, ideally hospitals or long‑term care facilities
• A self‑starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex scheduling challenges
• Passion for complex, high‑profile builds and curiosity for new approaches in construction management
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and project partners
• A growth‑oriented outlook, committed to developing your team and contributing to collective success
