• Provide training and support to the project teams
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of BIM Project Execution Plans
• Improve quality and productivity by setting and auditing model integrity of building information models
• Ensure the office is at the forefront of emerging trends and in compliance with NORR standards; research and provide recommendations on additional software and technologies
• Provide input and insight in the development of firm‑wide common templates, libraries and other resources by acting as a local office representative on the global Design Technology Committee

• Successfully completed related post‑secondary education in Architecture or Engineering
• Architectural or Engineering software skills; e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Revit family creation
• BIM technologies and processes
• Customer Service, interpersonal skills, problem‑solving skills, time management, integrity, open‑mindedness, teamwork, adaptability, willingness to learn, leadership
• Registered with a relevant professional architectural, engineering or technologist association, or possessing a BIM certification is an asset

• 2‑5 years of experience on Architecture and/or Engineering projects
• 5‑7 years of experience on BIM management, Revit, and software deployment
