Our recruitment strategy is focused on performing the work locally and reducing our dependence on sub‑consultants to increase our revenue share on the large projects such as Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE), Bloor Yonge Capacity Enhancement and ALTO HSR projects.

Our rail team has experienced significant growth in confirmed work due to the strength of the rail market across the country. Our rail work has grown by winning new projects and through the multiple years of delivery of the Finch West and Edmonton LRT projects.
