Leading global cost, project management and risk advisory firm has an immediate opening for a Senior Advisor - Cost Control position within the Cost Planning division in Toronto, ON. Salary range is $100,000 - $140,000.

Role of Senior Advisor (Cost Control)- Senior Advisor supporting our Cost Consulting team
- Estimating/Cost planning at all project milestones from Feasibility Stage through to Construction Documents
- Lead and implement value management / engineering reviews
- Change order cost reconciliation
- Construction oversight, reporting and coordination
- Review, negotiation and settlement of interim and final account payment applications
- Document control, contract administration, and owner liaison
- Working with National clients in the Technology, Sports and Higher Education sectors
- Multiple large public-private partnership projects
- Critical to your successful application will be a commitment to team work, continuous learning and flexibility in undertaking a broad range of assignments. Experience working in a Construction Management for Fee, Owners Representative or Consultant QS role is highly desirable.
- You will have tertiary qualification in a relevant field (cost control, project management, project controls, quantity surveying, engineering, supply chain management, purchasing or real estate) and professional accreditation with an industry body (preferably the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Project Management Institute or local equivalent).
