We believe water is more than a resource, it's a shared responsibility. As part of our Water Business Group, you’ll help shape how communities manage water for generations to come. From delivering safe drinking water and treating wastewater responsibly to developing sustainable water supplies and protecting lives and property through flood control, your work will directly support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience.

- Assist our Senior/Intermediate Engineers preparing municipal infrastructure projects, studies and design, contract documentation and graphic presentations
- Provide project engineering and task management
- Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums
- Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures
- Perform administrative duties associated with project management for projects
- Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects
- Perform other duties as needed
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience in civil or environmental projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, AutoCAD, GIS, Micro Station a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field
- Interest or experience analyzing and designing water focused systems
- Experience with production, simulation, and automation such as BIM systems, numerical modeling platforms, and other production tools
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must
