About the Opportunity:
We’re representing a well-established, multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm seeking a Structural Project Lead to join their Edmonton office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects across commercial, institutional, residential, and mixed-use developments.

  • Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring technical accuracy, quality control, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior and intermediate team members.

  • Strong technical background in steel, concrete, and wood design.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Why Relocate:

  • Join a growing office with a clear path for leadership and ownership opportunities.

  • Enjoy a vibrant city with a strong engineering community, affordable cost of living, and access to some of Canada’s most beautiful natural landscapes.

  • Work in a firm that values mentorship, collaboration, and professional development.

If you have proven experience within the building consultancy space and bring strong leadership, client-facing expertise, and exceptional communication skills, we’d be excited to hear from you. You’ll play a key role in driving project success, mentoring junior staff, and strengthening client relationships while working on a diverse range of building projects.
