As part of our Water Business Group, you’ll help shape how communities manage water for generations to come. From delivering safe drinking water and treating wastewater responsibly to developing sustainable water supplies and protecting lives and property through flood control, your work directly supports public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience.
In the role of Water/Wastewater EIT, we'll count on you to:
- Assist senior/intermediate engineers preparing municipal infrastructure projects, studies, design, contract documentation, and graphic presentations.
- Provide project engineering and task management.
- Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums.
- Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.
- Perform administrative duties associated with project management.
- Work independently on small projects or assist more senior engineers on larger projects.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in civil or environmental projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, GIS, Micro Station (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
- Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate.
- Interest or experience analyzing and designing water‑focused systems.
- Experience with production, simulation, automation such as BIM, numerical modeling platforms, and other production tools.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
